Easter Quad Bike Fun!

Quad Bikes

And just like that, the first quarter of 2021 is over.

As we head into the second quarter, Easter is now upon us and it doesn’t seem that long ago Christmas passed!

Nevertheless, Easter is here and with 2 bank holidays and a long weekend ahead of us, we wanted to give you some ideas on where to ride your quad bikes this Easter.

Road-Legal

If you have a road-legal quad bike, you want to make sure that before you jump on and start riding, that you’re wearing the correct safety gear in case of any accidents.

There may be more cars on the road this bank holiday weekend, so there may be more opportunities for accidents to happen.

So it’s always a good idea to be mindful of other drivers, vehicles and pedestrians as you ride your quad bike.

But other than that, you’re free to ride your quad bike on British roads and go wherever you’d like, as long as you ride responsibly.

Off-Road

The same rules apply here too.

It’s just good standard practice to always wear your safety gear when riding any quad bikes because you never know when you might need it.

Obviously, with off-road quad bikes, you’re slightly more limited.

But we like to spin things around and think, you’re actually testing the limits of your quad! Putting it through its paces and riding it for what it’s meant to do, take on challenging terrain and come out on top!

So, Where Can I Ride?

We recently wrote an article on the best places to ride a quad bike.

But just as a little reminder, your best bet is booking a race track out for the day or going to a dirt track where you can really let the quad go and have an awesome time!

Or if you’ve got a large area of land to yourself, there’s nothing stopping you from heading out and making the most of your time off.

You may already have your favourite spot to ride your quad bike, whether that’s on the road or off-road. So it might be worth visiting there and riding your quad to its limits.

Although, with a lot of people enjoying their bank holiday weekends, places may be busier than normal and, it’s always good to be mindful of others.

Otherwise, Happy Easter from the team here at Dualways!
