So you’ve finally got yourself a quad bike, whether it’s for yourself, for work or even for your kids!

You can’t wait to jump on and test it out or watch your kids have hours of endless fun riding them around.

But one of the main questions we get asked a lot is, where are the best places to ride quad bikes?

Well in this article we’ll answer one of our most commonly asked questions and give you 3 ideas of where you can take your quad bike out for a spin!

Your Garden

One of the most obvious places is your own garden. As long as your neighbours don’t mind, your kids can have lots of fun riding around your garden with their friends where you can keep a close, watchful eye on them in case anything goes wrong!

Not only that but, you can take photos of them on their new bikes and join in on the fun!

If it’s your quad bike, the same rule applies, why not get to grips with it in the comfort of your own garden before testing it out on the road (if the quad is road-legal that is and you have a driving license!).

It can save you from getting injured if anything were to happen and it gives you time to know how the quad bike works before driving miles away from your home.

At Work

No, we’re not suggesting that in your coffee break at the office you should take the quad bike out for a spin around your offices!

But if you work in the agricultural industry and you have your own working farm to tend to, getting from A-B on foot can sometimes be a nightmare.

So if you’ve bought a quad to take the stress away from constantly walking across your field or farm, then why not give it a gentle run out? Just so you get used to the controls.

And before long, you’ll become more comfortable on the quad, getting to know how it works and having it as almost an extra pair of hands to help you get the jobs done!

On Holiday

Lastly, one of the best places to take your new quad bike is on holiday. But wherever you go (preferably in the UK with a quad bike as transporting your quad abroad could prove to be extremely costly!) you always want to call ahead to make sure they allow quad bikes to be driven on the park.

The last thing you would want is to drive to your holiday destination, only to be told you’re not allowed to ride the quad on the park.

So wherever you take your quad bike, it’s always a good idea to call ahead and check what the rules are!
